Die Arbeit eines Au Pairs besteht hauptsächlich aus Kinderbetreuung, kann aber auch leichte Haushaltstätigkeiten wie Staubsaugen, Spülmaschine einräumen oder Wäsche waschen beinhalten. Das sind in der Regel etwa 30 Stunden pro Woche, kann jedoch von Land zu Land unterschiedlich sein. Die restliche Zeit kannst du das Land erkunden, dich mit Freunden treffen und die Kultur kennenlernen.
Du kannst dich kostenlos registrieren und dir eine Gastfamilie suchen. Meistens musst du deinen Flug in das Gastland selbst bezahlen, aber manchmal zahlt auch die Gastfamilie den Flug, das ist je nach Gastland unterschiedlich.
Okay, wir prahlen nicht gerne, aber wir hören oft, dass wir super involviert sind und wissen, was es mit der Gesetzgebung in deinem Gastland auf sich hat. Au Pair sein ist ein aufregendes Abenteuer und wir begleiten dich persönlich bei jedem Schritt.
Es kann immer passieren, dass ihr nicht auf einer Wellenlänge seid. Deshalb besprechen ihr eine Kündigungsvereinbarung, normalerweise sind das 1 oder 2 Monate. Aber das passiert eigentlich fast nie, weil du deine Gastfamilie vorher kennenlernst. Und wenn ihr am Schluss doch nicht zusammenpasst, dann suchen wir für dich nach einer anderen Familie!
